At Verity Atelier, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

Shipping Carriers

  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS.

  • Shipping carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and service availability.

  • All shipments include insurance coverage up to $200 USD, provided by the shipping carrier.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after purchase.

  • Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • Processing time does not include transit time.

Exception:

  • If a product has a different processing or shipping timeframe, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.

  • Verity Atelier is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim directly with UPS or USPS using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Verity Atelier is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
