All Sales Are Final

  • No refunds or returns are accepted once an order has been placed.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Damaged Items (Exception)

Returns or refunds will only be considered if the product arrives damaged.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the damaged item and original packaging are required.

  • The damage must not be caused by wear, misuse, or improper handling after delivery.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit, at our discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer under the responsibility of Verity Atelier.

  • All orders are handled by third-party shipping companies.

  • Orders are insured up to $200 USD by the shipping carriers.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping company using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Verity Atelier is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
